NMDOH NUPAC
Smoke Free Signals

For eight years, Keres has been the lead provider of secondhand smoke protections in Native American Communities. Through this work we have met with every Native American community in NM including the 19 Pueblos, 50 Navajo Nation Chapters, the Mescalero Apache Tribe, and Jicarilla Apache Nation. We provide policy support, educational presentations, technical assistance, mini-grants, and more.

NMdOH NUPAC
Young adults

Keres was contracted to lead prevention and cessation strategies for young adults in New Mexico ages 18-29. This four-year contract has included outreach and collaboration with universities and colleges to promote tobacco-free campuses, in-person engagement events, and a slew of virtual outreach during the pandemic.
